Our staff have considerable experience of information architecture and development of knowledge management systems in the financial sector.  Projects have included:

  • Large UK high street bank:  Configured IT inventory and fault management system for branch-based staff, and integrated with the company’s call capture and legacy problem management applications.
  • National high street mortgage lender:  Developed “knowledge centre” to provide information on loan products, processes, product conversions and best practice for call centre staff.
  • South African retail finance provider:  Packaged up expert knowledge relating to the identification and location of customers, and determination of remuneration entitlements, for use by call centre staff during demutualisation process.
  • Canadian bank:  Developed technical architecture for, and implemented, a training simulator for swaps trading.
  • Financial news and pricing provider:  Developed proof of concept of application to analyse use of subscribed news stories and instrument feeds.
