User-centred system design and information architecture

User-centred system designWe can apply participative design techniques to involve users from the beginning of the project. These approaches, including iterative prototyping and storyboarding, give insights into how users think about their work and how they need systems support for their tasks. Task analysis can be applied to generate designs offering improved functionality and information architecture. Compared with traditional data capture screens, such systems provide better support for users in carrying out their business tasks.

In addition, we have experience of the elicitation and packaging of expert knowledge for use in corporate knowledge portals, particularly for customer care and problem resolution.
